In June 2023, my client took a photo of these trees at the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area in Brockville, Ontario.
Last Fall, he asked if I would paint the scene. He suggested that I take my time and do it as a winter project. I accepted and he provided me with the reference material.

Juin 2023 - Brockville, Ontario. Lors d’une randonnée à Mac Johnson Wildlife Area, mon client a photographié ces beaux arbres.
À l’automne, il m’a demandé de peindre cette scène et j’ai accepté. Il m’a suggéré de prendre mon temps et d’en faire un projet hivernal. Ses photos m’ont servies de référence.
